The 3-Month Coaching Journey

This is the most personal way to work with me. And for most men, it's the one that changes everything. Every session is tailored entirely to you. Where you are, what you're carrying and where you're going. Because no two men arrive at this work the same way, and no two journeys through it should look the same either.

Over 3 months, we go where it actually matters:

  • What's really out of sync in your life, and why

  • The patterns that keep pulling you back

  • The version of yourself you've been performing versus the one you actually want to be

  • The decisions you've been avoiding

  • The next chapter you haven't let yourself think about properly yet

Some men also choose to integrate the Positive Intelligence programme into this work. It gives you a practical mental fitness framework that runs alongside the coaching tools for working with your own mind rather than being at its mercy.

Three weeks. Three sessions. Just you and me.

Don't mistake the length. Some of the most significant shifts a man makes happen in a focused sprint. This is your chance to stop, look honestly at what's actually going on, and work through it with someone fully in your corner.

No template. No pre-recorded content. Three 50-minute sessions of real one-to-one coaching, one per week, built entirely around you and what you're carrying right now.

Each session has a job:

Week One: We strip back the surface version and look at what's real. What's working, what isn't, what you've been avoiding and what it's costing you

Week Two: We go underneath. The patterns, the old stories, the habits of thought that keep pulling you back to the same place

Week Three: We turn everything into a clear, practical next move. Not a vague intention. A specific plan you can actually follow

WhatsApp support runs between all three sessions, so the work doesn't stop when the call does.

The Life Audit is a structured self-assessment followed by a personalised written response from me. I read every answer personally and write back to you directly, in my own words, based on what you've actually said.

You get a clear picture of where you are right now, what's out of alignment, and what deserves your attention first. Most men say it's the first time they've seen their situation clearly rather than just feeling it.
