You've got mates.
But you've got no one to talk to.
The Brotherhood. A private community for men in midlife who are done doing it all on their own.
£159 a quarter, locked in for life. 12 places. Doors close 30 November or when they're gone.
sound familiar?
You work. You look after people. You deal with what needs dealing with.
From the outside, life looks pretty good.
But think about the men in your life. How many could you call right now and be honest with? Not about work or the football. About how you're actually doing.
For most of us that circle has shrunk. Not because we don't have friends. Because weeks become months, and the things we wanted for ourselves keep sliding down the list.
You don't need to be struggling to want more than this. And you don't need to wait until something breaks before you do anything about it.
12
FOUNDING MEN.
"Build the relationship before you need the relationship."
Where this started
Me and Phil.
Lockdown.
A daily voice note.
During lockdown my mate Phil and I started sending each other a WhatsApp voice note every day. Three questions. How am I physically? How am I emotionally? How am I doing in myself? Then we listened.
What started as an experiment became part of our lives. Through the end of my marriage. Through losing my mum. Through ordinary days when I felt overwhelmed or unsure. Those voice notes gave me somewhere to be honest and someone willing to hear the answer.
They also gave us somewhere to share the good stuff. Something we were excited about. Something worth celebrating.
That habit, plus 20 years of men's work, is what Brotherhood is built on.
Not another online group full of content nobody watches. A weekly rhythm, a few good tools and men who'll remember what you told them last week.
WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET
01
A private space to connect, share what's going on and back each other. Some of it meaningful. Some of it about music, fitness, family or something that made you laugh.
THE COMMUNITY
02
Every week I'll bring a question, a theme or just the space for an honest conversation. Join in as much or as little as feels right
WEEKLY CHECK-INS WITH ME
03
Four-week, self-paced courses. Short lessons, something to practise. First up: Men Need Men. Then Breathwork and Reset, health, relationships, direction.
THE CORNERSTONES
04
Paired with another member for regular one-to-one check-ins. Not coaching. Not fixing. Two men, a regular conversation. Optional.
A BUDDY IF YOU WANT ONE
05
The three-part check-in Phil and I use, plus Map Your Circle, the Three-Word Compass, One Next Step and the Listening Partnership. No homework.
THE TOOLS
06
Live conversations with people worth hearing. And first call on walks, workshops and retreats as we grow. Priced separately.
GUESTS, RETREATS, REAL LIFE
Six months in, I want you to be able to say this:
“I UNDERSTAND MYSELF BETTER.”
"I’VE GOT MORE TO LOOK FORWARD TO.”
"I’M MAKING CHANGES THAT MATTER TO ME.”
"THERE ARE MEN WHO KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON IN MY LIFE.”
Be one of
the first 12.
The founding invitation
Investment £159 per quarter
locked in for life
I don't want Brotherhood to start with hundreds of strangers joining a platform and hoping something happens. I want to build it with a small group of men who'll shape it with me.
Twelve is small enough for everyone to have a voice, get to know each other and build trust. You'll test the first resources, influence what we build next and set the culture every later member joins.
You won't be running anything.
Bring your curiosity, your experience and a willingness to get involved. I'll bring the coaching, the structure and the care.
After the founding 12, doors close so we can build together. The next chance to join is January 2027, at the standard price.

Is this you?
It’s for you if
→ You're in midlife and asking what you actually want from here.
→ You look capable on the outside and feel flat underneath.
→ You've got mates but nowhere to talk properly.
→ Life's going well, and you want to invest in it while it is.
→ You're nervous about a men's group but curious enough to have read this far.
It’s NOT for you if
→ You want a quick fix
→ You want somewhere to dominate, judge or sell to other men
→ You're looking for therapy or clinical support. Brotherhood is coaching, learning and peer connection; it can't replace treatment or emergency care
You can arrive quiet, unsure what you'd say, or with no clear question at all. There's room to find your feet.
Questions
men ask
before
joining
I'm not really a men's-group person.
Most of the men I work with say that. You don't have to post every day or say anything profound. Turn up, listen, say a bit more than your usual answer when you're ready. That's it.
How much time does it take?
As much or as little as you want. The weekly check-in takes a few minutes to read and a few more to reply. A Cornerstone is about an hour a week for four weeks, at your own pace. Nothing is compulsory.
Where does it happen?
A private membership space, on your phone or laptop. Nothing is posted on social media. Nobody outside the community sees anything.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Membership bills every three months. Cancel before your next quarter, and you won't be charged again. Leave and come back later and you'll join at the standard price.
Is this therapy?
No. Brotherhood is coaching, learning and peer connection. It can't replace therapy, clinical treatment or emergency care. If you're in crisis, contact your GP or call 111.
What does "founding member" actually mean?
You're in the first 12. You pay £159 a quarter for as long as you stay, even when the standard price is £240. You get a say in what we build. And you help set the culture everyone else joins.
What happens after the 12 places go?
Doors close. We spend a couple of months building together. Doors open to the public in January 2027 at the standard price.
“Someone’s learning from how you carry it.”
A WORD FROM ME
I've spent about 20 years in men's work. I've watched men arrive at a workshop knowing nobody and leave having made real friends. I've seen the relief on someone's face when they realise they're not the only one.
Then we go home. Life gets busy. The connection fades.
I've wanted to build something that lasts beyond those moments for a long time. Somewhere men keep coming back to. Somewhere the conversation carries on.
I'm not interested in another online group full of content nobody watches. I want a living community where men feel they belong. And I don't want to build it alone.
I want to build it with you.

If you've read this far,
something's landed.
You don't need to have everything figured out. You don't need to wait until life gets hard. You just need to stop doing it on your own.
